Who qualifies for a wholesale account?

KABO works with wholesale buyers only: bars, lounges, smoke and vape retailers, distributors, beverage brands, manufacturers, and private-label operators. Individual consumer purchases are not available. All accounts are reviewed before pricing or terms are discussed.

What formats do you offer?

Kratom is available in three formats: finely milled powder (Red, White, and Green Vein), crushed leaf (Red, White, and Green Vein), and liquid extract. SKU format is matched to buyer type during account review — production buyers typically use powder, specialty menus may use crushed leaf, and concentrated input buyers use extract.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?

Yes. Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis are available for wholesale review. COAs are tied to the specific lot you purchase, not a generic product batch. If COA review is a requirement for your account, mention it in your inquiry and we will include batch documentation as part of the account conversation.

Do you ship to all U.S. states?

No. Availability depends on state and local jurisdiction rules. Kratom in particular is not legal in all states, and some localities have additional restrictions. KaBo reviews market availability before quoting or shipping, but that review is not legal advice. Buyers are responsible for confirming that their local rules permit the products they are purchasing.

How does the account review process work?

Submit a request through our contact form. We review your business type, market, format needs, and expected volume. Once account fit is confirmed, we'll follow up with pricing, available lots, COA details, and payment terms. The review process is typically completed within a few business days.

Do you offer private-label options?

Private-label conversations are open to reviewed buyers with appropriate volume. Mention your interest in the inquiry form and we will discuss scope and timeline as part of the account review.
