1. Wholesale only

This website and all products offered by KaBo Products Inc. are available exclusively to qualified business accounts. Individual consumer purchases are not available. By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you represent a licensed trade business.

2. Buyer responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for verifying that the products they purchase comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their market. KABO Products Inc. ships only to jurisdictions where applicable rules are met at the time of order, but jurisdiction rules change and it is the buyer's responsibility to remain current.

Resale or redistribution of products purchased from KABO is subject to the buyer's own compliance obligations in their market.

3. No health claims

KaBo Products Inc. makes no medical, health, treatment, therapeutic, or wellness claims about any product offered on this site. Products are sold as botanical supply for trade buyers. Any claims made by resellers or end-use businesses are entirely the responsibility of those parties.

4. Account terms

Wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval. KABO reserves the right to decline any account application or terminate any account relationship at its discretion. Pricing, minimums, and payment terms are provided during the account review process and may change.

5. Portal security

Approved users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. You must notify KaBo promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential exposure, or misuse of KaBo OS or any account portal.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use this website or KaBo OS to submit false information, interfere with service operation, scrape data, probe security controls, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or business, or use automated systems to flood forms, accounts, or portals.

7. Confidential information

Pricing, account terms, invoices, fulfillment documents, product documents, private-label discussions, and portal information may be confidential business information. Approved accounts may use that information only for their business relationship with KaBo and may not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaBo Products Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to these terms

KABO Products Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted by an updated date above.
