The KaBo Standard
KaBo Certified
KaBo Certified is our quality and compliance designation — awarded to employees, vendors, bars, and trade partners who meet KaBo's standards. Like a USDA seal: if you carry it, you've been vetted.
Who It Applies To
Two tracks. One standard.
Internal — Team Members
Every KaBo employee must be certified before their role goes live.
Regardless of department — operations, manufacturing, sales, logistics, or administration — no team member carries the KaBo name without completing certification first. It is a prerequisite, not a perk.
- —Compliance & regulatory standards
- —Operational efficiency & SOPs
- —Product knowledge & COA handling
- —Safety, conduct & company values
External — Trade Partners
Bars, vendors, and operators earn the designation by meeting our standards.
KaBo Certified is also awarded to the businesses we work with — kava bars, lounges, distributors, and vendors — who demonstrate they handle, sell, and represent our products in accordance with KaBo's requirements.
- —Proper product storage & handling
- —Compliant sales & labeling practices
- —No prohibited claims or misuse
- —Ongoing account compliance review
What the Seal Means
Like USDA Certified — but for how kratom and kava move through the supply chain.
USDA Certified tells a consumer a product was grown and handled to a defined standard. KaBo Certified tells the industry that an employee or partner operates to KaBo's standard — a private benchmark we set and enforce.
Certified partners can display the KaBo Certified designation, signaling to buyers, inspectors, and customers that this business takes compliance seriously.
