The KaBo Standard

KaBo Certified

KaBo Certified is our private training and operating designation for employees and reviewed trade partners who meet KaBo's internal standards. It is not a government certification, legal approval, or third-party regulatory approval.

KaBo Certified seal

Who It Applies To

Two tracks. One standard.

Internal — Team Members

Every KaBo employee must complete KaBo training before their role goes live.

Regardless of department — operations, manufacturing, sales, logistics, or administration — no team member carries the KaBo name without completing required training first. It is a prerequisite, not a perk.

  • Company policy & escalation standards
  • Operational efficiency & SOPs
  • Product knowledge & COA handling
  • Handling controls, conduct & company values

External — Trade Partners

Bars, vendors, and operators may be eligible after account review.

KaBo Certified may be extended to reviewed businesses we work with — bars, lounges, distributors, and vendors — who follow KaBo's documented account, handling, and representation requirements.

  • Proper product storage & handling
  • Approved account language & labeling records
  • No prohibited claims or misuse
  • Ongoing account review

What the Seal Means

A private operating standard for how kratom moves through the supply chain.

KaBo Certified indicates that an employee or partner operates to KaBo's standard — a private benchmark we set, review, and enforce. It is not a government certification or third-party regulatory approval.

Reviewed partners may be authorized to display the KaBo Certified designation, signaling to account contacts that the business follows KaBo's documented operating requirements. The designation does not provide legal advice or represent regulatory approval.

What Certification Covers

The same core requirements for everyone in the KaBo network.

Product Handling

Storage & Quality

Correct storage, packaging, and product record standards. How to read and communicate COA data accurately to approved buyers and account contacts without turning quality records into health, safety, efficacy, or legal guarantees.

Efficiency

Operational Standards

KaBo SOPs, order accuracy, and documentation requirements. Reporting standards and account maintenance expectations across all roles.

Conduct

Ethics & Representation

How KaBo products and the KaBo name are represented publicly. Confidentiality, pricing discipline, and the responsibilities that come with the designation.

Handling
