SMS Terms

1. Program description
KaBo Products Inc. may send operational SMS messages to employees, approved internal users, and approved business account contacts who opt in to receive KaBo OS alerts. Messages may include account notifications, delivery updates, route notifications, inventory alerts, urgent system reminders, and other non-marketing operational notices.
2. Consent and opt-in
You consent to receive SMS alerts by providing your mobile number to KaBo Products Inc. or inside KaBo OS and agreeing to receive operational notifications, or by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a KaBo SMS message.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. KaBo SMS messages are not used for consumer marketing.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on account activity, deliveries, system alerts, and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any KaBo SMS message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. To resume messages, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.
5. Help
For help, reply HELP to any KaBo SMS message, contact your KaBo manager, or email info@kaboproducts.com.
6. Privacy
KaBo uses SMS contact information only to send operational notifications and manage account-related communication. We do not sell or rent SMS opt-in data. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
